Do not wait for a website or email response. Call 000 for an emergency or contact an appropriate urgent healthcare service.

Can you guarantee that a treatment will work for me?

No. Suitability, risks and outcomes differ between people. Your clinician will discuss reasonable options and expectations based on your individual assessment.

Where can I find the cancellation rules?

The current Cancellation Policy is published on the Northern Skin Doctors website and may also be explained when you book. It covers notice requirements and applicable non-attendance or late-cancellation fees.

Can I copy information or images from the website?

You may save or print a reasonable extract for personal, non-commercial use. Other reproduction or commercial use requires written permission unless allowed by law.
